Power BI Project

In 2023, I joined Groupe ADP within the Asset Engineering department to deploy a new transversal KPI strategy aimed at improving interdepartmental communication and aligning management tools with the group’s priorities.

Amid significant reorganization, I designed strategic dashboards (CAPEX, OPEX, multi-year budgets), while ensuring variance analysis and disseminating indicators to stakeholders.

This project transitioned reporting from Excel-based tracking to automated Power BI dashboards. I structured a decision-oriented approach, standardized KPIs, and contributed to clearer performance insights, thereby strengthening my skills in project management, data analysis, and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities :

  • Defined objectives and structured the management approach around key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborated with maintenance, finance, and Orly management teams to identify business needs and align indicators.
  • Designed, automated, and deployed Power BI dashboards (CAPEX, OPEX, multi-year budgets, variance analysis).
  • Managed the migration from Excel tracking tools to Power BI, ensuring data accessibility, reliability, and clarity.
  • Supported users in adopting new tools through training, documentation, and ongoing assistance.
  • Led testing, validation, and iterative adjustments of deliverables based on user feedback.
  • Ensured dashboard compliance with internal standards and stakeholder expectations.

  • Project Management : planning key milestones, prioritizing requests, coordinating stakeholders, and tracking deadlines and deliverables.
  • Data Analysis : modeling, extracting, and transforming data from multiple sources (Excel, SAP, business files), creating relevant indicators.
